Taken together we believe that the proposals outlined
in our manifesto could revolutionise care for
the 17 million people in the UK living with a
long-term condition. We’re calling on the
political parties to include our proposals in
their manifestos for the next general election
and to test all of their policies against the
principles we have outlined in the document.
